  Dr. Prior

Dr. Carl Prior, DVM

Dr. Prior did his undergraduate work at BYU and completed his DVM at Colorado State University, the dream of owning his own practice always in his heart and mind.

He worked for a number of years as an associate in a large Salt Lake practice and enjoyed lap swimming as a way to keep fit. It was while swimming that his creativity gave birth to the decisions and strategies that allowed him to realize his goal of establishing a practice with a unique philosophy and approach. Since then, there's been no stopping him!

His loyal staff sometimes struggle to keep up with him, inspired by his sense of humor and good nature. Clients of Park City Animal Clinic will tell you they value his expertise and tenderness and his commitment to them and their pets. They treasure his willingness to see them anytime day or night, at the Clinic or at home. He often takes his patients home with him at night and no creature fails to receive the blessing of his skill and attention.

  Dr. Hopper

Dr. Eileen Hopper, DVM

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Eileen Hopper has joined the PCAC staff.

Dr. Hopper, as a client, first brought her sick kitty to Park City Animal Clinic. Our standards, level of medicine and the care and concern of the doctors and staff so impressed her that, to our delight, she decided to join the practice.

Dr. Hopper did her undergraduate work at Middlebury College in Vermont and completed her DVM at University of California, Davis. She is passionate about veterinary medicine and loves complicated internal medicine puzzles as much as she enjoys examining a well puppy or kitten. It is not unusual for her to say things like "That's the wonder of the liver!" or "It's the miracle of the pancreas!"

Her care and enthusiasm is infectious to everyone around her, including the pets. Her bright blue eyes sparkle when she explains that it is her privilege to play a role in the amazing human and animal bond.
